4. Sharing Threshold
​
Information may only be shared when both parties are qualified, there is clear mutual interest, and a legitimate opportunity exists.
5. Controlled Matching Approach

Typically, no more than 2–3 candidates. No broad exposure of individuals. All introductions are intentional.
